The People’s Television Network, Inc. and the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) granting the state-run television network exclusive rights to cover and convey information to the public regarding the latter’s official activities, developments and causes.
The MOA signing was between PTV General Manager Julio O. Castillo, Jr. and NICA Director General Ricardo de Leon, who expressed full trust and confidence on the state network given its proven track record and expertise in news broadcasting and communications.
GM Castillo, in return, expressed his gratitude for the trust given to the Network.
